2) Book your sessions on our booking app

3) Look out for your confirmation email including a link to our private Facebook group

4) Join the Facebook group and access your online coaching resources

5) Turn up for your first session!

After 30 days of coaching, attending all of your sessions and following our nutrition guidelines, if you haven't shifted lots of fat or you're not feeling 3x better than you are today, we'll give you 100% of your fee for the month back within 24 hours.

We  can't make you return the coaching ebooks or take the workouts back, but we're going to trust you'll give a 100% and get the same results that everyone else does!
