Since the Ignition weekend I have seen a seismic shift in my perspective and have made a number of small changes which have resulted in good results.
 
During the weekend we tested blood pressure and body composition, both of which were unpleasant!!! But having learnt how to dial in my sleep and using breathing techniques learn on the weekend, my blood pressure has improved and I am 3kg down since the weekend.
 
I am sleeping more, eating better and being more active. As a result I have more energy and simply feel much happier.

I am incredibly happy that I attended the Ignition Weekend. I have historically struggled to meet some of my health and fitness goals by trying to change too much at one time and then ultimately failing. I am instead focusing on 1% at a time and feel like I am finally on the right track.
